Termination
We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.
Refund and cancellation policy: Once purchased, this program cannot be canceled or refunded.LCM Signature program is intended for one attended only (maximum 2 per office for reasoning of staff turnover).
Patient Information
In providing the Coaching Services, the Client may, from time to time, wish to share with the Coach various recordings (audio and/or video) of their interactions with their patients as well as other information relating to their patient interaction ("Patient Interaction Information"). It is a condition of the Coaching Services Patient Interaction Information only be provided to the Coach where the client has the express consent of their patient to provide the Patient Interaction Information to the Coach, as may be required by applicable law. Patient Interaction Information should not include any "Personal Health Information", as that term is defined in the Personal Health Information Protection Act, (Ontario), as amended (the "PHIPA"), or any other information about the patient that would cause the patient to be identifiable. Neither CMC nor the Coach makes any representation or warranty about their compliance with PHIPA or any other legislation or regulation relating to the handling of Personal Health Information or other personal or confidential information.
Disclaimer
Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement or course of performance.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
